Air Fuel Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Circuit Malfunction
Description
DTC P0131, P0132, P0133, P1163 not set, vehicle driven while in closed loop at over 55 mph in D4 for 1-2 minutes, and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage condition on the A F circuit during the HO2S Monitor test.
Cause and Solution
A F sensor may be contaminated or may have failed
Fuel supply system is too lean (exhaust leaks in front of HO2S)
Fuel supply system is too rich (fuel filter is clogged or dirty)
