Description
Engine at idle speed, then accelerated to 55 mph for 5 seconds, then back to idle speed for 5 seconds, and the PCM detected the A F sensor response time was too slow, or the rich-lean or lean-rich response switch rate was too slow during the HO2S Monitor
Cause and Solution
A F sensor may be contaminated or may have failed
Fuel supply system is too lean (exhaust leaks in front of LAF)
Fuel supply system is too rich (fuel filter is clogged or dirty)
PCM has failed
