HO2S-12 (Bank 1 Sensor 2) Heater Low Side Short Circuit
Description
Engine started and the PCM detected that the HO2S-12 heater low control circuit signal was less than 2.6v with the heater commanded off, indicating a shorted HO2S heater circuit condition.
Cause and Solution
HO2S heater low side control circuit is shorted to ground
HO2S heater low side circuit is shorted to signal or ground
HO2S heater is damaged or it has failed
