Description
DTC P0101, P0102, P0103, P0117, P0118 and P0146 not set, ECT has dropped at least 50ºF from the end of last key cycle to the current key cycle, engine did not stall, average HO2S bias voltage from 352-546 mv, and the PCM detected the HO2S signal required
Cause and Solution
HO2S heater ground circuit is open, or HO2S heater power circuit is open (O2S fuse)
HO2S heater element is damaged or has failed
