Description
DTC P0135, P0139, P0140 and P0141 not set, engine speed from 1400-2400 rpm, engine load at 8-12%, MAF sensor at 18-22 g sec, TP angle at 6-10%, and the PCM detected the HO2S-21 signal exceeded 4.78v, or with HO2S-21 from 0.9-1v for 4 seconds, the HO2S-22
Cause and Solution
Air leaks in the exhaust system, intake manifold, vacuum lines
EVAP Purge system malfunction or charcoal canister problems
HO2S signal circuit is open between the sensor and the PCM
HO2S signal circuit is shorted to sensor or chassis ground
