Description
DTC P0151, P0152, P0153, P0154, P0155 and P0161 not set, engine started, engine running with the HO2S-12 indicating closed loop operation, system voltage over 11v, and the PCM detected the HO2S signal was fixed at over 600 mv or fixed at less than 600 mv
Cause and Solution
Exhaust leak present in the exhaust manifold or exhaust pipes
Fuel system is too rich (fuel pressure too high, fuel pressure regulator leaking, or one or more fuel injectors sticking leaking)
HO2S element is silicon, water or fuel contaminated
