Fuel Pump Feedback Circuit Low Input
Description
Engine started; and the PCM detected the difference between system and the feedback voltage was 2v for 1.3 seconds.
Cause and Solution
Fuel pump relay power circuit is open (test B+ from fuse center)
Fuel pump control circuit is open, shorted to ground or to power
PCM has failed
