Crankshaft Position Sensor Performance
Description
DTC P0101, P0102, P0103, P0340, P0341, P0641, or P0651 is not set. The engine is cranking or running. The airflow into the engine is greater than 3 g s. The DTC runs continuously when the above conditions are met.
Cause and Solution
The ECM detects that the engine is running, but receives less than 53 or more than 63 crankshaft position sensor pulses, during each engine revolution, for 8 of 10 engine revolutions.
