Description
DTC P0101, P0102, P0103, P0107, P0108, P0112, P0113, P0117, P0118, P0201-P0206, P0335, P0502, P0503, P0506 and P0507 not set, engine started, system voltage over 10.0v, EGR system commanded off, and the PCM detected the Actual EGR position was 20% less
Cause and Solution
EGR sensor signal circuit is open, shorted to ground or power
EGR sensor ground circuit or the VREF circuit is open
EGR valve seat or pintle contains debris or carbon (inspect and clean)
EGR valve is contaminated, clogged, damaged or has failed
