Cause and Solution
AIR solenoid power circuit is open (check the U H No. 7 fuse)
AIR pump is damaged or has failed (inspect air pump for water)
AIR system check valves and or pipes are damaged or leaking
AIR check valve (in hose to vacuum bleed valve) stuck closed
