Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Signal Range Performance
Description
Engine started; ECT sensor less than 95ºF, system voltage from 8-18v, and the PCM detected the FTP sensor was less than 0.78v, or over 2.94v within 12 seconds of startup.
Cause and Solution
FTP sensor signal circuit is open, shorted to ground or to VREF
FPT sensor VREF is open or shorted to ground
FTP sensor is contaminated, damaged, skewed or has failed
