Description
DTC P0106, P0107, P0108, P0117, P0118, P0122, P0123, P0506, P0507, P0508 and P1509 not set, engine started, vehicle driven to a speed over 1000 rpm, ECT more than 40ºF, throttle angle over 5%, MAP sensor more than 40 kPa with the A C off or more than 45
Cause and Solution
Output shaft rotor is chipped or damaged
Output shaft rotor is not aligned properly with the VSS unit
VSS tip contains debris or metal shavings (an intermittent fault)
VSS positive (+) signal circuit is open or shorted to ground
