A C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
Description
Engine running with A C requested on, and the PCM detected the A C Pressure sensor was less than 0.10v (9 psi) or it was more than 4.88v (448 kPa) for 5 seconds during the test.
Cause and Solution
ACP sensor signal circuit is open or shorted to ground
ACP sensor signal circuit is shorted to VREF or system power
ACP sensor ground circuit is open
ACP sensor is damaged or has failed
