System Voltage Malfunction
Description
Engine started, engine speed over 1,500 rpm, and the PCM detected the system voltage was less than 11.0v for 2 seconds.
Cause and Solution
Check for high resistance at the battery connections or at the Underhood Fuse Block power circuit connection to the PCM
Check the drive belt for excessive wear and the proper tension
Check the condition of the battery and the Generator output
