Starter Relay Control Circuit Low Input

Description

Engine started, system voltage from 8-18v, and the PCM detected the voltage on the Starter Relay control circuit did not match the commanded state for at least two seconds.

Cause and Solution

Starter relay connector is damaged or shorted to ground
Starter relay control circuit is shorted to ground
