Camshaft Position Sensor 1 No Signal
Description
Engine cranking or running; and the PCM did not detect any signals from the Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor 1 during the CCM test. Note: The engine will start and run without the CMP sensor 1 signal.
Cause and Solution
CMP signal circuit is open or shorted to ground
CMP pickup assembly or CMP sensor is damaged or has failed
