Camshaft Position Sensor 2 No Signal
Description
Engine cranking or running; and the PCM did not detect any signals from the Camshaft Position 2 (CMP) sensor during the CCM test. Note: The engine will start and run without the CMP sensor signal.
Cause and Solution
CMP2 signal circuit is open or shorted to ground
CMP2 pickup unit is damaged or has failed
CMP2 sensor is damaged or has failed
