Starter Cut Relay 2 Malfunction
Description
Engine running, starter switch OFF, DTC P16BE not active. The terminal voltage of the STRLD drops to 2.2 V for at least 5 seconds when the starter cut relay output is turned off. NOTE: Before you troubleshoot, record all freeze data and any on-board snapshot.

Poor connections or loose terminals at starter cut relay 2 and the PCM
