A T Transmission Range Switch Low Input
Description
Engine started, vehicle driven and the PCM detected two gear position switch inputs simultaneously (two input at the same time). Note: The D4 lamp on the dash will flash 5 times if this code is set.
Cause and Solution
A T gear position switch signal circuit is shorted to ground
A T gear position switch signal circuit is shorted to another wire
A T gear position switch is damaged or has failed
