Automatic Transaxle Linear Solenoid Circuit Malfunction
Description
Key on or engine running; and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage condition on the A T Linear Solenoid circuit to the TCM. Note: The D4 lamp on the dash will flash 16 times if this code is set.
Cause and Solution
A T linear solenoid control circuit to the TCM is open
A T linear solenoid circuit to the TCM is shorted to ground
A T linear solenoid connector is disconnected or damaged
A T linear solenoid circuit to the TCM is shorted to VREF
