Description
The A T control switches to the default mode due to a mechanical malfunction. The execution time is continuous depending on the driving pattern. NOTE: DTC P1780 means there is one or more A T DTCs about the shift control system. Before you troubleshoot, record all freeze data and any on-board snapshot.
Cause and Solution
Poor connections and loose terminals at the PCM
PCM needs to be updated with the latest software
