A T Throttle Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
Description
Key on or engine running; and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage condition on the TP sensor signal circuit to the TCM. Note: The lockup clutch does not engage when this code is set. Note: The D4 lamp on the dash will flash 3 times if this code is set
Cause and Solution
TP sensor signal circuit to the TCM is open
TP sensor signal circuit to the TCM is shorted to ground
TP sensor signal circuit to the TCM is shorted to VREF
TP sensor connector is disconnected or damaged
