Description
Key on, system voltage over 10.6v, ECT input under test condition value, and the PCM detected the Heater Relay signal was too low
Cause and Solution
O2 assembly is damaged or it has failedO2 heater element is damaged or has failedO2 heater control circuit is shorted to groundPCM has failed
