Throttle Actuator Control Module Problem
Description
Withe the ignition ON (II) one of these 4 conditions must be met for at least 200 milliseconds. (1) Data read from the ROM is abnormal. (2) Data read from the RAM is abnormal. (3) The A D converter standard voltage is out of specified value. (4) The serial signals between the PCM and the throttle actuator control module do not agree. NOTE: Before you troubleshoot, record all freeze data and any on-board snapshot.
