ECM shows P0191 when the average value from fuel rail pressure sensor is out of range of threshold value. This code is for an abnormal sensor. Threshold Value: Average value of fuel rail gt;32 ? Average value of fuel rail lt; 0.3 ? Enable Conditions: Low pressure pump is operating.
