HO2S-12 (Bank 1 Sensor 2) Circuit Malfunction
Description
Engine started, engine running in closed loop at a speed over 3 mph for 2-3 minutes and the PCM detected the HO2S signal was more than 1.4 volts, or that it was less than 0.02 volt during the CCM test.
Cause and Solution
HO2S signal circuit open or shorted to ground HO2S signal circuit shorted to VREF or system power (B+) HO2S is damaged or has failed PCM has failed
