Door Multiplex Control Unit Lost Communication With Climate Control Unit
Description
Poor communication between the door multiplex control unit and climate control unit. NOTE: If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A.
Cause and Solution
Perform the door multiplex control unit input test and check the power and ground. If OK, replace the drivers power window master switch Loose or poor connections between the door multiplex control unit and climate control unit.
