Pyrotechnical Battery Disconnect (Pbd)-Circuit Resistance Out Of Range
Description
The Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC) monitors the supply circuits for multiple circuit failures. If the controller detects a circuit value that is out of the allowable range, the ORC will set this DTC. The Pyrotechnic Battery Fuse is located in the battery’s positive terminal fuse panel and will open after a squib deployment removing power to the starter causing the vehicle to become a no start until the fuse is replaced.
