Description

Monitor signal of radiator cooling fan relay No.1 drive circuit is high level (OFF) for 5 sec. even if command signal of radiator cooling fan is at low speed. Monitor signal of radiator cooling fan relay No.1 drive circuit is low level (ON) for 5 sec. even if command signal of radiator cooling fan is NOT at low speed.
