Power Tailgate Control Unit Lost Communication with Drivers MPCS Unit (ASLOCKSW Message)
Description
Poor communication between the Power Tailgate Control Unit and the drivers MPCS Unit. If DTCs B1013, B1015, B1065, B1182, and B1905 are also indicated, perform the drivers MPCS unit input test. If no other codes are present, perform the power tailgate control unit input test.
Cause and Solution
Loose or poor connections between the Power Tailgate Control Unit and the MICU Blown fuse in the main under-hood fuse box Blown fuse in the under-dash fuse relay box Open or Short between the Power Tailgate Control Unit and the MICU Faulty Power Tailgate Control Unit Faulty MICU
