Hall Sensor 4. Faulty Signal
Description
Motor 4 controls the angle of the seat. Motor 4 must be activated before the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be detected. The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if no hall sensor pulse is detected when the motor is activated and in operation.
Cause and Solution
Damaged hall sensor in motor 4.Short-circuit to supply voltage or ground in the signal cable.Open-circuit in the signal cable to the Hall sensor.
