Intake Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low Input
Description
DTC P0502 not set, engine started, vehicle drive to a speed of over 30 mph, engine runtime over 60 seconds, and the PCM detected the IAT sensor signal was too low during the CCM test period.
Cause and Solution
IAT sensor signal circuit is shorted to sensor ground
IAT sensor signal circuit is shorted to chassis ground
IAT sensor is damaged or has failed
