Fuel Injector 4 Circuit Malfunction
Description
Engine started, engine running, system voltage over 9.0v, and the PCM detected the injector voltage did not equal system voltage with the injector off, or the injector voltage did not equal 0v with the identified fuel injector commanded on during the CC
Cause and Solution
Fuel injector 4 control circuit is open or shorted to ground
Fuel injector is damaged or has failed
Injector driver circuit in the PCM is damaged or has failed
