EGR System Excessive Flow Detected
Description
DetectedEngine cranking (engine speed less than 500 rpm), system voltage from 11-16v, and the PCM detected the EGR position signal was more than 200 counts during the CCM test.
Cause and Solution
EGR Linear valve control circuit is shorted to ground
EGR Linear valve is stuck in open position
EGR Linear valve is damaged or has failed
