EVAP Purge Control Solenoid Circuit Malfunction
Description
Engine started, engine runtime over 5 seconds, system voltage over 10.0v, and the PCM detected the Actual state and the Commanded state of the EVAP Purge solenoid control circuit did not match.
Cause and Solution
Purge solenoid control circuit is open or shorted to ground
Purge solenoid control circuit is shorted to system power
Purge solenoid power circuit is open (check the F14 fuse in I P)
Purge solenoid is damaged or has failed
