System Voltage (Engine Side) Too High Or Too Low
Description
Engine started engine speed over 1300 rpm during the test period, and the PCM detected the system voltage was below 7-10v or above 16.0v at any time during the CCM test.
Cause and Solution
Battery connections corroded (high resistance) or loose
Ignition system voltage circuit is open at the PCM terminals
Generator is damaged or has failed (output is too high or low)
