Description
Key on or engine running; and the PCM detected the G sensor indicated more than 4.90v during the CCM test. Note: The G sensor should read between 2.35-2.65 at key on, engine off if there are no problems in the G sensor or its circuit.
Cause and Solution
G sensor signal circuit is shorted to VREF or system power
G sensor ground circuit is open between sensor and ground
G sensor has failed
