EGR Closed Valve Pintle Error
Description
Engine started engine running, system voltage from 11-16v, IAT sensor more than 37ºF, and the PCM detected the Current and Learned EGR position were more than 16 counts for 6 seconds. Note: This test occurs during 3 cycles that are five seconds apart.
Cause and Solution
EGR (Linear) valve is frozen with ice at the time of the fault
EGR (Linear) valve is dirty, sticking (due to carbon) or failed
