Description
DTC P1618 not set, system voltage more than 10.0v, engine started, engine runtime over 5 seconds, and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage condition on the A C clutch Output, EVAP Purge solenoid, Low Speed Cooling Fan or High Speed Cooling Fan relay dur
Cause and Solution
One of more the listed relays or solenoid control circuits is open, shorted to ground or shorted to power between the device and the PCM
