Camshaft Position Sensor No Signals
Description
Engine started, and the PCM did not detect any Camshaft Position sensor inputs. This engine uses a Hall effect design type of CMP sensor. Note: The CMP Resync Counter is incrementing with this code set.
Cause and Solution
CMP sensor signal circuit is open or shorted to groundCMP sensor power circuit is open (check the F1 fuse)CMP ground circuit is open between sensor and groundCMP sensor is damaged or has failedPCM has failed
