Description
When the Body Control Module (BCM) receives a signal from the Lamp Assembly, through the Fault Sense circuit, indicating a fault is present for greater than five seconds.
Cause and Solution
FAULT SENSE CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUNDLAMP ASSEMBLYBODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM)
Circuit Short To Ground
This sub type is used for failures, where the control module measures ground (battery negative) potential for greater than a specified time period or when some other value is expected.
