Description
Measured air mass is implausible compared to the position of the throttle valve. Air mass measured by hot film MAF sensor is too low. The cycle duration of the HFM signal is too long. Check sensor signal and voltage.
Cause and Solution
Measured air mass is implausible compared to the position of the throttle valve - Hot film mass air flow sensor - Throttle valve actuatorCheck signal of hot film mass air flow sensor via actual value with engine OFF. Check signal of hot film mass air flow sensor via actual value with engine speed greater than 3500 rpm. Check power supply of hot film mass air flow sensor.
