What if the reset doesn't work on my module?

In rare cases, the following may occur:

• The module is hardware damaged — a software reset won't help in this case.
• The EEPROM dump is incomplete — try reading the module again.
• The module is not in our database — some very old or rare modules are not supported.

In such cases, you are entitled to a dispute/claim — create one in the My Disputes section.
