How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status after logging into your account:

1. Log in to My Account.
2. Click on My Orders.
3. You will see the current status next to each order.

Order statuses:

• Awaiting payment — payment has not been received yet.
• Paid — payment received, order is being processed.
• Processing — we are working on resetting your module.
• Shipped — the repaired file is ready for download.
• Completed — order successfully fulfilled.
