File upload failed. What should I do?

If the upload failed, try the following:

1. Check the format — the file must be in .bin format.
2. Check the size — maximum file size is 2 MB.
3. Try a different browser — we recommend Chrome or Firefox.
4. Try again — sometimes refreshing the page (F5) helps.
